Results within 1 day from arrival at our laboratory. Please assume 1-3 business days transit time to MySimplePetLab, Denver, Colorado, using USPS Priority within continental U.S., followed by 1 day of testing.

MySimplePetLab processes and tests pet samples Mon-Sat with only exceptions for major holidays.

Need a MySimplePetLab test result FASTER?
Sample processing begins the same day it arrives at the lab. Pet owners can optionally choose expedited return transport to the laboratory using the shipping carrier of their choice (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) at their own expense. It’s not uncommon for vets to start treatment for some conditions and still send the sample to a reference laboratory. Results are available 1-2 days later and treatment is adjusted if needed based on test results and response to therapy.

However, in more urgent situations a local veterinarian has the option to run tests immediately which can be the fastest way to get test results for a pet. If a pet needs a test as soon as possible (ASAP), then please get the pet or sample to a local veterinarian right away.
