Sample Return and Replacement PolicyUpdated a month ago

At MySimplePetLab, we strive to provide reliable and accurate testing services. Please note the following terms regarding sample shipments and delivery on activated test kits:

  1. Shipping and Delivery
    • We utilize USPS for sample shipment and delivery. However, we cannot guarantee USPS delivery times as they are outside of our control.
    • We provide you with the sample USPS tracking and recommend tracking your shipment to monitor its progress and ensure timely delivery to our lab.

  2. Reasonable Sample Return Time Frame
    • If a sample does not show any shipment tracking activity within 6 business days of mailing, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you.  

  3. Replacement Process
    • To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your name, account email, and test kit activation code.
    • Once the delay is verified, we will promptly issue a replacement to ensure minimal disruption to your testing needs.
