At MySimplePetLab, we stand by our products. We offer a Satisfaction Guaranty (the “Guaranty”) on the following terms: 

If you are not satisfied with any test or pet care kits purchased directly from our website ( for any reason, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price you paid. The Guaranty is subject to the following conditions: 

- You must be the original purchaser of the product. 

- You must have the receipt we provided you upon purchase. 

- You must send us the returned product within the return window which is 30 days of your purchase, or before we release testing results if the product is a test kit, whichever occurs first. 

- Items included in kits or other products that are not sold separately do not qualify for the Guaranty. 

- The Guaranty does not apply to products purchased from our authorized resellers, such as Target or Amazon. If you purchased from a authorized reseller, you need to contact them directly to determine whether and how to obtain a refund or replacement product. 

- If you have purchased a bundle of test or care kits for a discounted rate and no longer want one or more of them, you may return them to us for a refund subject to all other applicable Guaranty conditions. 

The following process applies for claiming your refund or replacement product: 

- First, you must email or call us to obtain a return authorization number using the following contact information:

If you are requesting a return for a test kit, please be prepared to provide your Kit ID (located on the outside of the kit) when you contact us. 

If your product has not shipped when contact us, you will be eligible for a 100% refund. Otherwise a $15 (or $35 USD for expedited shipping) charge will apply to your return.   

- Secondly, send us the product in its original packaging, if available, along with your return authorization number and your proof of purchase to:
