All of our tests include free shipping back to our lab. The majority of our test kits ship back to our lab via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days business days).  Customers can upgrade shipping via their preferred carrier if quicker results are needed.

If you would like to ship your pet's sample back to our lab quicker you can upgrade via your preferred carrier at your own cost.

Important Note: If you decide to upgrade shipping on your own, please be aware that these are third-party vendors. Shipping times and potential delays are out of our control. While expedited services generally provide faster delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery times due to factors beyond our influence.

Take your test kit to Post Office or USPS-affiliated shipping partner and upgrade to USPS Priority Express for next day to 2 day guaranteed service. Important: To ensure prompt delivery and faster test results, do not request signature upon delivery.
